Cancellation Policy

1. You must notify us immediately if you decide to cancel your order, preferably by phone, and quote your order number. If the restaurant accepts your cancellation, no cancellation fee applies. If the restaurant refuses cancellation, like in the case where food is already prepared/ dispatched, it may not be cancelled.
2. We will not be able to refund any order, which has been already dispatched.
3. If the cancellation was made in time and once the restaurant has accepted your cancellation, the refund will be processed in 6-7 bussiness days accordance with the terms that may be stipulated by the bank which has issued the credit/debit card.
4. If an item on your order is unavailable, we will contact you on the phone number provided to us at the time of placing the order and inform you of such unavailability. In such an event you will be entitled to cancel the entire order and shall be entitled to a refund in accordance with our refund policy.
5. We reserve the sole right to cancel your order in the following circumstance:
a. in the event of the designated address falls outside the delivery area offered by us;
b. failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming the order booking;
c. failure to deliver your order due to lack of information, direction or authorization from you at the time of delivery;
d. unavailability of all the items ordered by you at the time of booking the order;
